Beatrice the Biologist
In 2009 I started a blog and webcomic called “Beatrice the Biologist,” a passion project with the goal of cultivating curiosity and appreciation for science and nature. This creative outlet served as a playground to hone my skills in writing, illustration, graphic design, animation and video editing. My work has appeared in Wired, Gizmodo, Quanta Magazine, Hakai Magazine, and Buzz Hoot Roar. I was also interviewed on WNYC Radio and Public Radio International’s “The Takeaway” about symbiotic relationships.
Science Brunch
Science Brunch is a podcast that features irreverent but mostly factual conversation about famous scientists and their discoveries, recent scientific events, and random science-y stuff. The show was hosted by myself and my good nerd friend Mae Prynce.
